It is the customer's responsibility to INSPECT all GOODS immediately UPON RECEIPT.

It is the customer's responsibility to CONTACT Shoe Systems Plus IMMEDIATELY to report any PROBLEMS.
CLAIMS not made within 5 DAYS, WILL NOT be HONORED by Shoe Systems Plus.
Our machinery warranty covers manufacturing defects and defective parts ONLY.
Our warranty DOES NOT include IN-SHOP SERVICE.
The warranty shall begin from date of shipment and be for a term of:
New Machinery: ONE YEAR defective parts or faulty workmanship.
Rebuilt Machinery: ONE YEAR defective parts ONLY.
ALL replacement PARTS will be INVOICED to the customer.
A CREDIT will be issued when the DEFECTIVE PARTS are RETURNED to Shoe Systems Plus.
It is the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to RETURN defective parts PROPERLY PACKAGED and insured against loss or damage.
It will be the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to INSTALL the replacement PARTS.
All parts returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Machines can not be returned for credit
In the event that a machine must be returned to the manufacturer: RETURN AUTHORIZATION must be obtained FIRST.
NO RETURNS will be accepted without prior authorization. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If the equipment is found to be defective, it will be REPAIRED or REPLACED at the MANUFACTURER'S discretion.
COSTS incurred for the replacement/repair will be PAID for by the MANUFACTURER.
It is the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to USE the equipment PROPERLY, and read the operator's manual.
If the PROBLEM is CAUSED by OPERATOR ERROR, all COSTS, including shipping charges, associated with the evaluation and repair will be the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
